What we collect

• Contact information you submit via the Talk-to-us form (name, email, optional company, service interest, timeframe, message)
• Basic server logs (IP, user-agent, request path) retained for 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes
• Cookie preferences, if you use the site enough to hit a preference control

Why we collect it

• To respond to enquiries about products, waitlists, and consultancy engagements
• To ensure the site is running, secure, and legally compliant

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and, where relevant, with our consultancy partner AI Overlords, if your enquiry pertains to a partnership service and requires their input.

Voice AI · PRE-VU Consultancy Agent

Our homepage carries a voice AI widget (the PRE-VU Consultancy Agent) provided by ElevenLabs Conversational AI. Recording is opt-in · the widget will not record you unless you tick “Yes · record & start”.

• Lawful basis · your explicit consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a); PECR compliant).
• What we record · audio of your side of the conversation, audio of the agent’s responses, and a text transcript. If you volunteer contact details (email, company, brief description of your problem) they are captured alongside the transcript.
• Retention · 90 days from the end of the call. After 90 days, the recording and transcript are hard-deleted from ElevenLabs and from our Firestore mirror.
• Processors · ElevenLabs (voice + LLM), Google Cloud Firestore (transcript mirror), Cloudflare (hosting). All EU/US data-transfer agreements are in place via Standard Contractual Clauses.
• What we do with it · respond to your enquiry, improve the agent’s quality, and pass qualified leads to the team for follow-up. We never sell the recordings and we never share them with third parties for advertising.
• If you opt out · the widget switches to text-only, nothing is recorded, and you can still email us at hello@prevulabs.ai or book a call directly via cal.com/prevulabs/discovery.
• Right to withdraw or delete · email privacy@prevulabs.ai. We’ll delete your recording and transcript within 30 days of the request.
